The Buggy Safari takes you behind the wheel of your own off-road buggy for an adrenaline-filled ride through the mountain trails of Side. You can ride solo in a single buggy, or share a buggy with a second person or, in the 4-seater option, with up to three others. This tour is perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends and families who want to drive themselves through dusty trails, muddy tracks and river crossings, all while enjoying the scenic beauty of the Taurus Mountains. No previous driving experience is required, and the Buggy and Quad Safari run on the same route as the same tour, so guests who book different vehicles ride together in the same group. Tour Program – Step by Step Hotel pick-up: In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. The exact pick-up time depends on your hotel location and is confirmed after booking. Drive to the buggy base: The journey to the buggy center in the Köprülü Canyon area takes approximately 45–60 minutes, passing through the foothills of the Taurus Mountains. Safety briefing and vehicle choice: At the base you choose your buggy option: a single buggy for one person, a double buggy shared with a second person, or the 4-seater family buggy for up to four people. Professional guides give a full safety briefing and explain the controls; a short test drive lets you get familiar with the vehicle before setting off. Off-road adventure: You drive along a route through dusty forest paths, muddy trails, rocky terrain and small river crossings, following your guide through the rugged mountain landscape. Expect to get wet and muddy, this is part of the fun. Photo and viewpoint stops: Along the route short breaks are made at scenic points to admire the surrounding flora, fauna and mountain views, and to take photos. Swimming break: Midway through the route there is a refreshing swimming break near a lake or river, where you can cool off before continuing. Return to base: After completing the route you return to the buggy center, where you can view and purchase photos or videos of your adventure if available. Return transfer: You are then driven back to your hotel, arriving in the early to mid afternoon. The total duration of the tour is approximately 4–5 hours. What to bring: Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty, a full change of clothes, closed shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a bandana or scarf to protect against dust.
